The next phase of the university’s email branding changes involves moving shared mailboxes from @uoit.ca to the @ontariotechu.ca domain.
What is a shared mailbox?
Shared mailboxes are used for support or inquires to a department/faculty.
Examples:
- askit@uoit.ca (would change to askit@ontariotechu.ca)
- hrgeneral@uoit.ca (would change to hrgeneral@ontariotechu.ca)
Do you own or use a shared mailbox?
Contact Information Technology (IT) services at GotEmail@ontariotechu.ca with a list of shared mailboxes you have access to. Failure to contact IT Services may result in disruptions for your continued access to your shared mailbox.
