Information Technology (IT) Services has resumed the process to switch faculty and staff outgoing email addresses to @ontariotechu.ca. The changes will be implemented in three stages; they represent an important piece in a larger effort to incorporate the Â鶹´«Ã½ University brand into IT applications and services.

Stage 1: Staff Outlook (.ca) accounts - completed August 14

Stage 2: Faculty Outlook (.ca) accounts - completed August 21

Now that your change is complete:

• You are able to send from and receive emails to your ontariotechu.ca email address. These emails will be delivered to your existing Outlook account.
• You are still able to receive incoming email using either your uoit.ca or ontariotechu.ca address.
• You can use the new email address on stationery, business cards, and in your email signature files, etc.  

Stage 3: Late fall/early winter - Shared Outlook (dc-uoit.ca) accounts

• The transition for @dc-uoit.ca will happen at a later date. IT Services will communicate details later this year.
