Updating your online granting agency system login information to reflect the Â鶹´«Ã½ University brand
Following the recent update of university email domains to reflect the Â鶹´«Ã½ brand, researchers who log into the primary online granting agency systems may wish to update their contact and login information to @ontariotechu.ca.

For all other online granting agency systems, if you are not able to easily change your email information yourself, please contact the agency’s technical services department for assistance.
The university’s Information Technology (IT) Services department has confirmed you will continue to receive emails sent to your @uoit.ca address; they will appear in your current @ontariotechu.ca inbox. This ensures you have access to your @uoit.ca email for password recovery of any online systems you have not changed over to the new email domain.
* Note: Change your email address in your online granting agency systems profiles may not update the granting agency contact lists; you may continue to receive communications to your old @uoit.ca email address. If you wish to update your contact information on the granting agency’s contact list, you will need to contact the agency directly.
