Update on the transition to Canvas, Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s new learning management system
In July 2019 the university announced the decision to replace Blackboard, its current learning management system (LMS), with a new LMS called .
The transition to Canvas is progressing well. As of February 24, the university has migrated 75 per cent of its courses (January 2018 to January 2020) to the new system.
In preparation for the Spring/Summer 2020 launch of Canvas, IT Services and the TLC strongly encourage you to take advantage of the many change support and training resources available beginning Wednesday, March 4. . Support resources include online materials, in-person training and consultation opportunities.
