Professor Sheldon Williamson honoured at the 6th Annual Leaders Circle Recognition Celebration at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre
Transportation, and Professor, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, was recently recognized at the at Metro Convention Centre.
Dr. Williamson was among 16 experts honoured at the March 26 event, for their successful efforts in securing seven international meetings across various industries, including life sciences, business, and transportation. These meetings are expected to collectively attract nearly 8,000 delegates to Toronto and generate an estimated $25 million in economic impact for Ontario.
Dr. Williamson was honoured for his role in securing the 34th Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers International Symposium on Industrial Electronics for Toronto.
