Volunteers needed for Digital Innovation in Education conference

The Centre for Digital Innovation in Education at Charles Hall is looking for graduate student volunteers to help run its inaugural . If you know a graduate student who is looking to add volunteer service to their resume this would be a wonderful opportunity to do so and to also engage in cutting-edge conversations around digital tech in education.

Interested volunteers are asked to commit to at least one day of volunteering. An onboarding session will take place on campus prior to the conference.

  • When: 
    • Friday, April 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Saturday, April 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Where:
    • Charles Hall, 61 Charles Street, Oshawa

Available roles include:

  • Welcome/greeter
  • Registration
  • Tech troubleshooting
  • Room attendant/moderator
  • Aesthetics management/organizing materials
