Technical Support Analysts available for online and in-person exam support
Information Technology (IT) Services provides technical support during undergraduate-level examinations (upon faculty request). Technical Support Analysts can attend online exams through a Google Meet or in person to assist with software and technical issues.
If you require technical support, complete the at least 10 business days prior to your scheduled exam.
Please note: IT Services is unable to provide support for quizzes and tests. Requests for support are pending until IT Services sends confirmation of support to the instructor. Due to the high volume of requests, support is not guaranteed and is pending staffing availability.
