Space available in workshop on running innovation projects and improving business processes

Space is available in a certificate course offered by Human Resources that provides a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies that focus on improving business processes and running innovation projects, as well as process mapping, data collection, root cause analysis and control.

Learning outcomes:

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Analyze what is Lean and the goals of Lean.
  • Recognize projects vs. improvements.
  • Understand when to apply Lean and its tools.
  • Practice building an A3 (a structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodology).
  • Understand the most-used Lean tools such as Pareto, Cause and Effect and Process Mapping (Value Stream Mapping), 5 S’s, 5 whys, SIPOC, Spaghetti diagram.
