Nutrition-related updates from the Healthy Workplace Committee
The university’s Healthy Workplace Committee (HWC) is excited to share updates on two nutrition-related initiatives:
- : Check out recipes as well as photos submitted by members of our very own university community.
- : On Monday, February 10, Dr. Sylvie Bardin, Associate Teaching Professor, Faculty of Science, and Certified Nutritionist, will present a virtual workshop entitled Let’s Get at the Heart of the Matter. Participants will learn how to take control over heart-health risk factors. .
