Back by popular demand: Mindful Mondays in March

Feedback from the Introduction to Mindfulness session last November indicated a desire for more opportunities to explore mindfulness practices. In response, Human Resources is bringing back Mindful Mondays in March. Choose just one, or attend several sessions to create your own series.

Sessions include:

  • Mindfulness of the Body:
