Â鶹´«Ã½ Canada Research Chair a panelist at International Conference on Autonomic Computing and Self-Organizing Systems
Dr. Peter Lewis, Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (AI), was invited to join the Interdisciplinary Expert Panel at the . The topic of the panel was Building Trust in Self* Systems (the asterisk (*) is used to indicate flexibility in the prefix "self." It suggests that the system can apply to a wide range of concepts related to the self). Dr. Lewis, who is also Associate Professor and Associate Dean, Research and Graduate Studies with Â鶹´«Ã½’s Faculty of Business and information Technology, shared the platform with Dr. Amanda Muller, Chief of Responsible Technology at Northrop Grumman, and Dr. Jeremy Pitt, Professor of Intelligent and Self-Organizing Systems at Imperial College London.
In addition, Dr. Lewis co-chaired the workshop on Sustainable and Scalable Self-Organization, held alongside the main conference.
