CRWC’s FLEX offering free fitness classes over the fall
The university’s FLEX fitness centre located inside the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC) is offering free fall fitness classes now through Friday, December 6.
Classes include power yoga, Pilates, spin, boot camps and more.
