Celebrate Mental Health Week: May 6 to 12
Mental Health Week (MHW) has become a Canadian tradition, with communities, schools and workplaces shining a spotlight on the importance of mental health.
The university’s Wellness at Work team invites you to participate in the following MHW events:
- May 8: Visit mental health tables at Charles Hall (9 to 11 a.m.) and Shawenjigewining Hall Atrium (noon to 2 p.m.) where the Wellness at Work team will distribute resources and free giveaways to staff/faculty who join or have already joined the . - May 9: Register for , from noon to 1 p.m., facilitated by our Employee Assistance Program provider, TELUS Health.
