FEAS Professor gives lecture on Resilient Energy and Transportation Infrastructures
Dr. Hossam Gaber, Professor, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, recently gave a lecture on Resilient Energy and Transportation Infrastructures at a hybrid event held at Universitas Gadjah Mada in Indonesia.
Dr. Gaber presented on the operation scenarios of resilient energy and transportation infrastructures and talked about development strategies for hybrid charging stations and their integration within energy and transportation infrastructures.
Dr. Gaber established the Energy Safety and Control Lab, Smart Energy Systems Lab, and Advanced Plasma Engineering Lab at Â鶹´«Ã½. He is recognized among the top two per cent of worldwide scientists for energy research citations. He is leading national and international research in the areas of smart energy grids, energy safety and control systems, and waste-to-energy using advanced plasma technologies.
