Register for the internationally recognized Mental Health First Aid training program – March 1
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), a certified training program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, is part of the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. MHFA is currently the only international mental health training program delivered in more than 25 countries around the world.
Participants will learn how to support someone who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or a mental health crisis. Once participants complete the training, they’ll receive a certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
- When: Friday, March 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.*
- Where: Virtual (Zoom meeting)
*Note: Participants must complete a two-hour online self-directed learning module prior to attending the March 1 virtual training day.
