Take a break and destress with weekly Wellness Walks
Student Life and the Wellness at Work teams invite all staff, faculty, and students to join us for Wellness Walks. These 30-minute walks are a free and fun opportunity that promote physical and mental health by getting mindful walking breaks. Come out for a walk to restore your concentration, uplift your mood, decrease your stress and be a part of your campus community.
Dates: Alternating Mondays and Tuesdays, beginning Monday, January 29

Where: Meet at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre, Front Desk at noon
When: Each 30-minute walk will begin at 12:15 p.m.
