Save the date for the Take Your Power Back show – December 2
Join the Mitch and Leslie Frazer Faculty of Education from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday December 2, 2023, for the Take Your Power Back show screening and panel discussion in support of the Kimberley Black Graduate Scholarship and in recognition of the 16 Days of Activism.
The Take Your Power Back show will take the audience on a journey of overcoming trauma, building resilience, and inspiring hope through the art of music, storytelling, and dance.
A panel discussion will take place following the show screening, featuring university and community experts and moderated by the Â鶹´«Ã½ University . This panel will explore the relevance of the 16 Days of Activism, the impact of gender-based violence, and more. Tickets are $25 ($20 for students) and directly support the Kimberley Black Graduate Scholarship.
