There are several different ways to report incidents such as security concerns, accidents and human rights complaints on campus. Here is a breakdown of the different reporting forms at the university and how to use them.
Campus Security Occurrence Report Form
Most reports received from the university community are taken by security (905.721.8668 ext. 2400). This includes such things as alarms, medical calls, mental health calls, Code Blue station activation, injuries, property damage, assaults, disturbances, suspicious person, etc. Security also receives reports from complainants who approach Security and submit an incident report in-person with respect to such situations as thefts, lost/found property, threatening, etc.
- Details are uploaded to the Incident Report System (IRS) and reviewed daily by the Office of Campus Safety (OCS).
