Postdoctoral Fellow publishes paper on emerging small modular reactor technologies
Dr. Lekhnath Ghimire, Postdoctoral Fellow in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science (FEAS), and his supervisor, Dr. Edward Waller, FEAS Professor and Industrial Research Chair, have co-authored a comprehensive paper focusing on the advantages and limitations of emerging small modular reactor (SMR) technology. The paper highlights recent developments in the SMR field, identifies knowledge gaps, and proposes research methods to address them.
