Create your Plan for Resilience during this interactive workshop

The university’s Wellness at Work team invites faculty and staff to participate in the Plan for Resilience interactive workshop.

This session will help you move from surviving to thriving by helping you build resilience and plan for successful situations. Developing a plan to get through potentially stressful situations using the Plan for Resilience workbook can have a positive impact on both your personal and work life. This is a facilitated working session. Snacks will be provided.
