Research Supervisors encouraged to fill out Graduate Research Assistantships Positions Form

If you are a Research Supervisor with graduate students, please consider processing and completing the Research and Graduate Research Assistantships (GRA) Positions Form which is now available. Many of our graduate students rely on the income from their GRAs to cover their tuition and fees.

For more information on the GRA process and to determine if current students already have a GRA in place, please connect with the graduate program staff within your home faculty.

Important dates:

  • GRA forms must be submitted to gra@ontariotechu.ca no later than Friday, August 25 in order to be included in September payments.
  • The deadline for graduate student payment of tuition and fees is Tuesday, September 5.

Please note that GRAs submitted after the deadline may affect graduate students’ ability to use their funds towards Fall tuition and fees.
