Increase research recognition and research reputation – ORCID Registration Research Initiative for Faculty
The Office of the Vice-President Research and Innovation is undertaking several projects to increase Â鶹´«Ã½’s research reputation and reach. One is via Open Researcher and Contributor Identifier (ORCID). ORCID is a global organization that provides digital identifiers (ORCID IDs) for researchers so that they can benefit from being uniquely identified and reliably connected with their professional information (affiliations, awards, publications, and more).
Researchers are asked to:
- Register for an ORCID ID if they don’t already have one.
- Check your ORCID ID to ensure you have Â鶹´«Ã½ University as your affiliations.
- Update your ORCID ID profile to include any new information on your research.
