RESCHEDULED: Public lectures by candidates for Dean, Faculty of Business and Information Technology
The second round of interviews and public presentations for the Dean of Business and Information Technology (FBIT) search have been rescheduled.
The Dean Advisory Search Committee has completed the first round of interviews and three candidates have been invited to participate in a second, more fulsome round of interviews. This will include virtual public presentations to university community members. Your attendance at these presentations and your subsequent feedback is appreciated.
Each presentation session will include:
- Brief introduction of the candidate by the Provost.
- Candidate presentation.
- Question-and-answer session (Note: Please submit your questions in advance to provost@ontariotechu.ca).
- Conclusion and wrap-up.
Virtual presentation schedule:
When:
- Candidate 1: Wednesday, June 21 from noon to 1 p.m.
- Candidate 2: Thursday, June 22 from noon to 1 p.m.
- Candidate 3: Friday, June 23 from noon to 1 p.m.
Where:
- All presentations will take place virtually and registration* is required to attend. Questions must be submitted prior to the presentations. Please register by emailing provost@ontariotechu.ca; you’ll receive a link to the presentation after you register.
* Note: Registrations for the previous sessions will be automatically transferred to these sessions.

- Viewing times will be available Wednesday, June 14 to Thursday, June 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Appointments are required and applications can be viewed in-person only.
You are invited to provide your feedback on each candidate in writing. To ensure the confidentiality of your feedback, you may communicate directly with Lesley D'Souza, consulting firm representative from Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette (KBRS). Please share your feedback by Friday, June 30 at 5 p.m.
