New Employee REACH Guidelines for employees supporting colleagues' well-being

The Wellness at Work team has launched new Employee REACH Guidelines for employees supporting a colleagues’ well-being.

Similar to how the Office of Student Life has for faculty and staff to support students’ well-being, the new  and are intended to help an employee engage with their co-workers if they have noticed warning signs that may indicate a colleague needs assistance. Using the provided script starters, employees can communicate their concerns and connect their colleague to support resources.

Familiarize yourself with the new guidelines and be mindful that providing support can impact your well-being. An accompanying Employee Self-Help Guide has also been created. 

To ensure ease of access to these resources, there is now a Faculty and Staff Supports section within the Crisis Centre web page, and at your fingertips within the Â鶹´«Ã½ App (tap on Crisis Centre).
