Faculty and staff encouraged to review updated Editorial Style Guide
The Â鶹´«Ã½ is a resource for the university’s preferred terminology, punctuation and abbreviations when creating communication messages.
The Communications and Marketing Department recently updated the Editorial Style Guide. Faculty and staff are encouraged to review the guide and use it as a resource when crafting communications.
For example, there have been several changes to university’s , including the addition of the Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis; and the renaming of the Office of the Vice-President, Administration.
The guide includes style guidelines, punctuation and spelling tips, up-to-date university and academic terminology, and helpful hints.
