Using flexible hybrid classroom equipment at Â鶹´«Ã½

Over the past year and a half, the university has installed flexible hybrid equipment in classrooms and meeting rooms across the north and downtown locations. This equipment provides either flexible hybrid (active participation both in room and online) or streaming (online participants only) services and is hosted in a variety of classrooms and meeting rooms.

Things you need to know

To prepare yourself and your laptop to use the flexible hybrid equipment, visit the on the Information Technology (IT) Services website to learn about:

  • Checking for laptop compatibility.
  • Preparing for external visitors.
  • Hosting Â鶹´«Ã½ special events.
  • Booking a flexible hybrid loaner laptop (daily use).
  • Requesting training.
