Professional Engineers of Ontario and OACETT Durham Chapter present Mathletics 23 – February 25
Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO), Lake Ontario Chapter, and the Durham Chapter of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) present Mathletics 23 at Â鶹´«Ã½ University.
Test your math and problem-solving skills for a chance to win a prize in a Mathletics competition designed to create passion in the application of mathematics in solving day-to-day scientific and engineering problems. Students will be challenged to be active and creative in the use of mathematics.
The competition is open to all Durham Region students in grades 7 and 8.
Prizes:
- 1st place: $100
- 2nd place: $80
- 3rd place: $60
- 4th place: $40
- 5th place: $20
When: Saturday, February 25 at 9 a.m.
