Elise Arbic joins Human Resources team as Manager of Employee Health and Wellness
Elise Arbic has joined the Human Resources team as Manager, Employee Health and Wellness.
Elise is a graduate of McMaster University’s Kinesiology program and Centennial College’s Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion post-graduate certificate program. She joins the university community after approximately 10 years at Lakeridge Health, where she led a team of seven employees who provided support for the hospital’s Occupational Health Clinic and the Abilities Case Management Specialists team. She is currently a member of the Humber College Bachelor of Health Sciences - Workplace Health and Wellness Program Advisory Committee, as well as the Centennial College Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion Program Advisory Committee.
Elise is very passionate about health and wellness; she will lead the implementation of the university’s first-ever mental health strategy for employees.
