Spaces available in Ignite Collaboration and Innovation professional development workshop – November 17
Developing innovative ideas and tapping into a collective intelligence is challenging enough in an in-person work environment; it becomes even more difficult when part or all of your team is working virtually.
The university’s Human Resources department invites faculty and staff to participate in the Ignite Collaboration and Innovation workshop on Thursday, November 17.
Objectives:
- Describe the three phases of innovation.
- Describe how to break down silos.
- Identify communication mistakes that shut down effective communication.
- Discuss how to turn that ‘won’t work’ mentality into an openness to explore alternative options.
- Identify strategies that can increase your productivity for yourself and your hybrid team.
When: Thursday, November 17 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
