The university’s Human Resources department invites faculty and staff to participate in a Building and Maintaining Relationships of Trust professional development workshop. Learn the specific behaviours that inspire trust and how to incorporate them into your work. You’ll also learn how to restore a trust-based working relationship after trust is broken or eroded.
