Invitation to attend a budget information session – November 29
The university invites faculty and staff to a budget information session on Tuesday, November 29 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in Shawenjigewining Hall, Room 024. Faculty and staff who are unable to attend in person will have the option to participate online via .
A paper outlining the university’s current approach to budgeting () is available for download on the university’s Finance website, on the .
You’re encouraged to read the paper and submit your questions in advance to budget@ontariotechu.ca. As time permits, you can also ask questions or provide feedback during the session.
Following the session, the Budget Working Group will develop a series of questions and answers (Q&A) based on information discussed during the session. This Q&A will be added to the final 2023-2024 budget-setting paper.
This information session is intended for faculty and staff. Students, including University Works students, will receive details about a separate session once the plans are finalized.
