Introducing LEAD – a new leadership program for managers and directors

The Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program is accepting expressions of interest from managers and directors who are interested in enhancing their capabilities to drive and sustain positive work environments that embrace innovative and transformative practices and cement organizational excellence.

The university’s Human Resources department created the LEAD professional development program in consultation with Procept Associates Limited. 

The program design is strength-based and solutions-focused; it allows for a high degree of discussion to encourage collaboration and an appreciation for the perspectives of others.

The program includes six-and-a-half days of training over three months; participants will earn 18 micro-credentials.
