Intro to Anishinaabemowin and Indigenous Language professional development workshop - November 28
The university’s Human Resources department invites faculty and staff to participate in the Intro to Anishinaabemowin and Indigenous Language professional development workshop on Monday, November 28. Learn about the Indigenous words used across the university, such as in names of campus spaces, land and/or territory acknowledgement, as well as greetings and farewells. Jill Thompson, Indigenous Cultural Advisor and Alyssa McLeod, Indigenous Community Engagement Co-ordinator at Â鶹´«Ã½, will facilitate this workshop.
