Faculty and staff invited to receive personal training from Faculty of Health Science students

Needing some motivation and commitment to an exercise program?

The Faculty of Health Science (FHSc) is looking to recruit 15 to 20 faculty and staff members to receive personal training from Kinesiology students between mid-January and April 2023. The personal training client experience is a course component of KINE4410 (Practical Skills for Kinesiology Professionals), taught and supervised by Dr. Heather Logan-Sprenger, Assistant Professor, FHSc.

Students will conduct a thorough client consultation and pre-assessment, and a physical assessment directed by the client needs and goals. They will then create a personalized training program with weekly training sessions. To participate, contact Dr. Logan-Sprenger.
