Anti-Ableism Equity Advocate Workshop – November 29

Join the university’s Anti-Ableism Equity Advocate team on Tuesday, November 29 for a hybrid workshop.

Learn and discuss invisible disabilities, how ableism affects those with invisible disabilities, and Spoon Theory (a metaphor describing the amount of physical and/or mental energy that a person has available for daily activities and tasks, and how it can become limited).

All participants will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a Tim Hortons gift card.
