Workplace skills: Discover your personality style and how to use it – November 10
Â鶹´«Ã½ employees looking to learn more about their personalities and how they fit into the workplace should consider the Find Your Personality Style professional development session hosted by the university’s Human Resources department.
Participants will:
- Complete the Personal Style Inventory, a short self-scored version of the , which helps identify a person's personality type, strengths, and preferences.
- Create an action plan around how to make the most of their personality styles to succeed in their jobs and work well with others.
