Technical Support Analysts available for online and in-person exam support

Information Technology (IT) Services provides technical support during undergraduate-level examinations (upon faculty request).

Technical Support Analysts (TSAs) can attend online exams through a Google Meet to assist with software and technical issues. Alternatively, TSAs can attend mid-term and final exams in person. 

If you wish to request technical support, complete the at least 10 business days prior to your scheduled exam.

Note: Information Technology (IT) Services is unable to provide support for quizzes and tests. Requests for support are pending until IT Services sends a confirmation of support the instructor. Due to the high volume of requests, support is not guaranteed and is pending staffing availability.
