Faculty and staff can use the found on the university’s Brand Central website to easily create an official email signature that follows the university’s brand and editorial style guidelines, and presents their contact information in a professional, consistent manner.

How to create an email signature:

  1. In the , add your contact information and other details you would like included in your signature.
  2. Enter your email address in the box below the form to have your new signature sent to your email inbox.
  3. Follow the instructions at the bottom of the email signature tool to add your signature to Microsoft Outlook.
