Upcoming Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship deadline - September 16
The Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (CGS) program aims to attract and retain world-class doctoral students by supporting those who demonstrate leadership skills and a high standard of scholarly achievement in graduate studies in the social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, engineering and health.
- Value: $50,000 per year for up to three years
- Internal application deadline: Friday, September 16
- Quota: one nominee for each of Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) and for the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC)
High-achieving students pursuing doctoral studies in 2022-2023 are encouraged to apply to the Vanier CGS program. The competition is extremely competitive, so interested students should begin their application now to allow sufficient time to prepare an outstanding application. Supervisors are encouraged to support their doctoral students in their preparation of an application for this prestigious award.
