Upcoming changes to the university’s English Language Centre, International Office, and Continuous Learning
Over the coming months, the university’s English Language Centre (ELC) will transition from the Office of the Deputy Provost to the Office of the Registrar (RO) to sit alongside the university’s amalgamated services and supports for international students led by the RO. ELC Director Dr. Catherine Drea will also support the university’s growing international partnership and enrolment initiatives.
In the meantime, Catherine has also taken on the role of Interim Director of Continuous Learning as the university searches for a new Director. An advertisement for position will be posted in the near future. The ideal candidate will be someone with extensive leadership, collaborative, and management experience related to the development of vibrant lifelong learning programs and business models.
