Online COVID-19 screening questionnaire unavailable February 11 to 14
The online will be unavailable Friday, February 11 at 5 p.m. through Monday, February 14 at 6 a.m., due to scheduled upgrades to the university’s information technology systems.
Anyone coming to campus that weekend must:
- Present a digital proof of second vaccination to security personnel stationed at designated building entrances.
- Verbally provide answers to COVID-19 screening questions.
If you require access to campus on the evening of February 11, please complete the (via the mobile app or the website) before 5 p.m. on that same day to receive an electronic receipt that that indicates permission to access campus until 11:59 p.m.
Note: The Office of Campus Safety is not currently equipped to scan the new provincial vaccine certificate that includes the QR code.
