Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre will host Healthify Your Diet on Friday, February 11 at 1:30 p.m.

The webinar will discuss how to make manageable diet changes to make a significant impact on everyday health and well-being.

Two free nutrition consultations will be given out during the live session.
