IT Services tip: Adjust your Microsoft Outlook reply settings via Web Outlook

The university’s reminds Outlook users that reply or reply-all settings can be adjusted using Outlook on the Web (OWA).

  • Settings that are changed and saved within OWA are saved to your profile on the Exchange server. This means that your signature information, as well as settings selected in the web version of Outlook, are the same as on your desktop (institutional laptop).
  • Settings that are changed and saved within the Outlook desktop (institutional laptop) apply only to the desktop version of Outlook. This means that your signature information as well as settings selected in the desktop version of Outlook are saved on your desktop only and will not be reflected in the web version of Outlook.

Instructions for Outlook settings and how to make adjustments are on IT’s .
