Â鶹´«Ã½ University 2021 group benefits claims submission deadline: Thursday, March 31
The university’s group benefits members are reminded that any Extended Health, Dental and Health Spending Account (HSA) claims incurred in 2021 must be received by Sun Life on or before Thursday, March 31.
Please note that the HSA expenses incurred in one benefit year cannot be covered by credits received in the following benefit year. In addition, any credits made to your HSA for 2020 not used by December 31, 2021 will be forfeited, in accordance with the Income Tax Act.
To ensure all of your Extended Health, Dental and HSA claims incurred in 2021 are processed, must receive your claims on or before Thursday, March 31 or your 2021 claims will be declined and you will not be reimbursed.
