Join TLC’s Open Education Resources workshop series beginning Thursday, February 3
The university’s (TLC) will host Open Educational Resource (OER) Incubator, a seven-week workshop for Â鶹´«Ã½ instructors to learn how to reduce or eliminate textbook costs and provide free, equitable access to course resources.
Sessions will take place from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on:
- Thursday, February 3: Create an OER vision.
- Thursday, February 10: Finding and evaluating OERs.
- Thursday, February Feb 17: Licensing and attribution.
- Thursday, March 3: Inclusive design (part 1).
- Thursday, March 10: Inclusive design (part 2).
- Thursday, March 17: Co-creating with students.
- Thursday, March 24: Wrap-up and show and tell.
Participants must attend the entire series.
