Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s TLC launches new Community of Practice: Indigenization and decolonization
Â鶹´«Ã½’s is organizing a new Community of Practice (CoP) related to Indigenization and decolonization.
Aligning with the university’s commitment to respond to the , the TLC members of the CoP will collaborate with other interested faculty, instructors, teaching assistants, administrative support and staff from across the university.
Everyone is invited to join, regardless of their level of experience.
The broad goals of the CoP are to:
- Develop a collaborative, supportive and flexible teaching and learning community interested in Indigenization and decolonization.
- Generate ideas, seek feedback and share stories about Indigenizing and decolonizing content, instructional approaches, and interactions.
- Identify, develop, or experiment with strategies and resources that support Indigenous students and/or the inclusion of Indigenous teaching methods/practices and content for all students.
