Upcoming leadership development workshop from Human Resources
The Human Resources (HR) department will host a leadership skills workshop in June. will facilitate the session.
Upcoming session:
- The Right Approach
One of the most important decisions you can make is choosing the right project-delivery strategy.
Participates will learn:
- The different project-delivery strategies (e.g. waterfall, iterative, incremental), and the benefits and risks of each.
- How to choose the best approach for a project.
- How the different approaches fit into typical project-governance structures.
When: Wednesday, June 2 from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
