Register for the Management 101 professional development workshop —March 22 and 29
The Human Resources department invites faculty and staff to participate in a Management 101 professional development workshop. The two-part workshop will take place Monday, March 22 and Monday, March 29 from 1 to 4 p.m.
This online program introduces new managers to the basic principles of being a people manager.
Learn about:
- How to create the conditions for your leadership.
- Management styles and how to change them based on the needs of your team.
- Performance management.
- The role of ‘manager’ relative to managing a team.
