In addition, remember that Morneau Shepell, the university’s (EFAP) provider, offers all university employees (full-time continuing and limited-term) and their dependants access to confidential counselling and support services. You can speak with an EFAP advisor by calling 1.844.880.9142 or visiting .
If you haven’t already registered to access these services:
- Go to and select Register at the top of the page.
- Type Â鶹´«Ã½ Universityin the search box and select Search.
- Select Â鶹´«Ã½ University.
You will be prompted to create a unique profile with a username and password.

The Office of Student Life has also organized a number of Bell Let’s Talk Day initiatives for students, including:
- Invitation for students to add their photo to the ().
- Bell Let’s Talk Film Fest on Wednesday, January 27 and Thursday, January 28 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.: Screening of three short films from the Au Contraire Mental Health Film Festival will be shared, followed by a short discussion.
