IT Service Desk support during the holiday closure
The temporary Information Technology (IT) Service Desk in the North Oshawa Campus Library will close over the holiday period.
Update your password
To avoid login password issues during the holiday closure, please update your password before the break.
If you haven’t changed your network password in the last three months, please take a minute to do so now by simultaneously holding down the Control, Alt and Delete buttons on your keyboard and selecting Change a password. As you’re most likely working virtually, make sure you are connected to the network via VPN before initiating the password change. You can also make this change if you happen to be on campus and connected to the network.
If you expect to log into institutional systems during the holiday break, you will need to change your password on or before Friday, December 18. Manual password resets will not be available between Thursday, December 24 and Sunday, January 3.
